Our Self Defense program is to the point, get the job done, and get to a safe place right now. We specialize in first preventive measure to keep you out of a potential self defense situation, and help create a not paranoid but combat scenario mind set. We pride ourselves on our ability to make your remarkably lethal in a reasonably short period of time


USSD tai chi

Tai-Chi; An art originated in ancient China, which principles include mind integrated with the body; control of movements and breathing; generating internal energy, mindfulness, song (loosening 松) and jing (serenity 静). The ultimate purpose of tai chi is cultivate the qi or life energy within us to flow smoothly and powerfully throughout the body.

Although an art with great depth of knowledge and skill, it can be easy to learn and soon delivers its health benefits the slow, mindful breaths and movements have a positive effect on the nervous system and mood-regulating hormones, in other words it changes your mood! Tai Chi also promotes relaxation, straight posture, and balance. In a very real sense it helps us to stay younger as we grow older.
